BMB Officer Exam Pattern & Syllabus
Bhartiya Mahila Bank (BMB) is going to conduct online written examination for recruitment of Officers Post like Chief Manager, Senior Manager & Manager Official Language. Candidates who are dedicated to crack this exam, must have information about exam pattern & syllabus of this exam. In this Article we provide you information about Exam Pattern & Syllabus of BMB Officer Scale exam.
Scheme Of Exam:
Exam will be of 200 marks & 2 Hour Duration. Structure of examination will be as follows:
No. Of Questions
There will be Negative Marking. One fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
The minimum qualifying marks would be 40% for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category.
Reasoning:- Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.
Note:- Most of the Questions in Reasoning Section will be of Comprehension type. So candidates prepare themselves according to that pattern.
English Language:- Questions will be asked from Spot the error, Fill in the blanks, Synonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/Detecting mis-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One word substitution, Improvement of sentences, Active/Passive Voice of Verbs, Conversion into Direct/Indirect Narration, Shuffling of Sentence parts, Shuffling of sentence in a passage, Close Passage, Comprehension passage.
Quantitative Aptitude:- This paper will include questions on problems relating to Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work.
Note:- Main Focus will be on Data Interpretation. Candidates must cover Table Chart, Circle Graph, Line Graph, Cumulative Graph, Bar Graph, Pie Chart, Data Based Questions Topics.
Professional Knowledge:- In this section questions will be asked from field of specialization of candidate. Question will be from subject which candidates studied in their academics.
