IBPS RRB Interview:- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection eminently known as IBPS has conducted Online Common Written Exam for Post of Officer Scale & Office Assistant for Recruitment in Regional Rural Banks. From 2017, there will be no interview for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Post. Selected candidates for Officer Scale I, II, III now have to appear for Common Interview based on their cut off Marks & Merit List. How can one Prepare for Perfect Interview, it is big question. Hai Sir, I am from Andhra pradesh , I qualified for RRB PO mains , but I applied for Karnataka, But i don’t know Kannada, and i expected to get the marks 20 + beyond cut off , it is 73 in Karnataka for OC, is there any chance to me to get the job please give me the suggestion.

Selection is based on Marks in Written Exam & Interview. If You have good Marks in Written Exam then you have good chance for selection.

It may cause problem to you, as for Officer Scale 2 Two years Experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required. Try to produce a document with same designation.

According to Notification, 2 Year Experience is an essential qualification for this post. It depends on authorities whether they allow for Interview or not

Interview is of 100 Marks. Weightage for Written Exam & Interview is 80:20. So You need to get 65+ marks in Interview. Chances are less but all depends on your Interview.
