Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Ahmadabad will conduct a Written exam for recruitment of various posts under Ministerial, Isolated Categories such as Stenographer (Hindi), Junior Stenographer (English), Chief Law Assistant, Junior Translator (Hindi), Staff & Welfare Inspector, Librarian, Library Information Assistant Catering Inspector (Commercial), Commercial & Head Cook, Horticulture Supervisor & Inspector Field Man (Horticulture), Publicity Inspector, Finger Print Examiner, Photographer, Scientific Supervisor Economics & Training, Scientific Supervisor Psycho, Scientific Assistant, Artist (Psycho), Lab Assistant III (Workshop), PGT, TGT, Primary Teacher (PRT), Assistant Mistress, Assistant Master, Teacher and Physical Training Instructor. Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams gets too tougher. So, Candidates are too much tensed or stressed about their preparation to give their best in exam. Candidates facing critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare”. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern of Para Medical Staff Exam conducting by RRB Ahmadabad.
Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for the Ministerial and Isolated Categories and Teachers written Exam is as Follows:-
► Written Exam will be Multiple Choice Objective Type.
► The Question Paper consists of 100 to 120 Questions approximately.
► The Time Duration of the examination will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
► There shall be negative marking in written examination and marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question.
Exam Syllabus : Exam Syllabus for Ministerial and Isolated Categories and Teachers written Exam is given below:-
General Awareness : Questions are designed to test the candidate‟s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.
Arithmetic : The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.
General Intelligence/Reasoning : It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test will include questions on Semantic Analogy, Symbolic operations, Symbolic/Number Analogy, Trends, Figural Analogy, Space Orientation, Semantic Classification, Venn Diagrams, Symbolic/Number Classification, Drawing inferences, Figural Classification, Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding, Semantic Series, Figural Pattern–folding and completion, Number Series, Embedded figures, Figural Series, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence, Word Building, Social Intelligence, Coding and de-coding, Other sub-topics, if any Numerical operations.
