AP Police Constable Exam Pattern :
Andhra Pradesh Police Department Will be Conduct the Preliminary Exam On 22-01-2023 (Sunday) 10.00 am To 01:00pm For Constable Posts at Prescribed Examination Centres. Exam Pattern For Preliminary & Final Written Examination :
- The Written Exam will be Offline (OMR Sheet) Method.
- Pre Exam Will be Multiple Choice Objective Type.
- The Level Of Examination will be 12th / Intermediate.
- There will be Asked 200 Questions / 200 Marks in the Examination.
- Total Time Duration will be Given 03:00 Hours (Three Hours) For this Exam.
- Question Paper will be Set in English/ Telugu/ Urgu Languages.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Details
All the Qualified Candidates in Preliminary Examination, Based on the performance in Pre Examination, Candidates will be Shortlisted for Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test. PMT and PET are Conducted to Measurement of Height, Chest and Weight & Physical Fitness Only.

Relaxation : Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes in the Agency areas of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts should meet the following requirements:

- The Physical Efficiency Test will be Qualifying in Nature.
- These events carry maximum of 100 marks.
- PET / PMT is Mandatory For All Candidates.

Final Selection :
The Final selection of the Candidates (Men) will be made strictly on relative merit, as per marks obtained by them based on their score in the Final Written Examination (for 100 marks) and Physical Efficiency Test (for 100 marks), Totaling To 200 marks.
Medical Test & Document Verification For Final Selection :
All the Qualified Candidates in All Stages i.e. Written Examination, Physical Measurement Test & Physical Efficiency Test (PST) will have to Appear for Verification of their Original Documents on the Specified Date and Place. If Candidates Absent for Verification of Original Documents or Not Producing Original Certificates will be Disqualified from the Recruitment Process.
Medical Standards :
Eye Sight: Visual Standards required for the above selection shall be as follows:
