आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि तक उम्मीदवार को अनिवार्य रूप से इन्टरमीडियट /+2 (भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायनशात्त्र, जीव विज्ञान, अंग्रेजी के साथ) उर्त्तीण होना चाहिए।
इसके अतिरिक्त संघ अथवा बिहार अथवा अन्य राज्य सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से शल्य कक्ष सहायक डिप्लोमा (D.O.T.A.) कोर्स /बैचलर ऑफ शल्य कक्ष सहायक टेक्नोलॉजी (B.O.T.T.) कोर्स में उत्तीर्णता एवं तत्संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र रहना आवश्यक है।

| बिहार राज्य के सरकारी अस्पतालो में कार्यानुभव के लिए प्राचार्य /अधीक्षक / निदेशक /संबंधित जिला के सिविल सर्जन से प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित कार्यानुभव प्रमाण-पत्र के आधार पर (प्रतिवर्ष-5 अंक, अधिकतम-25 अंक) दिए जायेंगे किसी वर्ष के अंश के लिए कार्य दिवसों की संख्या में 5 से गुणा करने के पश्चात् 365 से भाग देकर प्राप्त अनुपातिक अंक जोड़ा जायेगा। (सा०प्र०वि० के संकल्प सं०–003, दिनांक-22. 04.2024) | 25 Marks |
