About BUAT University:-
Banda University of Agriculture and Technology (BUAT), formerly Manyawar Shri Kanshiram Ji University of Agriculture and Technology, is an agricultural university at Banda in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The University has been established for the development of the agriculture and allied sectors in the Uttar Pradesh on the whole and Bundelkhand region in particular. It is committed to serve the Bundelkhand region with trinity concept, i.e. complete integration of teaching, research and extension for the development of agriculture and allied sectors in order to ensure food security and enhance socio-economic status of inhabitants. State Government of Uttar Pradesh has assigned the University with the responsibilities of (a) human resource generation and development, (b) generation and perfection of technologies, and (c) their dissemination to the farmers, orchardists and dairy farmers in the Chitrakoot Dham and Jhansi divisions.
Courses Offered By The University:-
The University Has only Two UG Degree programms that are operative in two colleges (Agriculture and Horticulture). The University offers B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture and B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture degrees and has adopted Course Curricula recommended by Fourth Deans’ Committee of ICAR
- College of Agriculture and ‘B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture’ Degree Programe
- College of Horticulture and ‘B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture’ Degree Programe
About University’s Exam:-
The First And Second Academic Session of B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture degree programme in the College of Agriculture was commenced from 1st September 2011 And the Third Academic Session was commenced on 1st October 2013. The First And Second Academic Session of B.Sc. (Hons) Horticulture programme began from 1st September 2011 And the Third Academic Session of College of Horticulture was commenced on 1st October 2013. University Will Publish Commence Examination For Both Course As Per Their Schedules.
