Education Qualification :
- प्रतिष्ठित विद्वान, जिसने संबंधित संबद्ध/संगत विधाओं में पी.एच.डी. की उपाधि प्राप्त की हो और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला प्रकाशन कार्य किया हो तथा जो प्रकाशित कार्य के साक्ष्य के साथ शोध कार्य में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल हो, समकक्ष व्यक्ति समीक्षित अथवा विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) सूचीबद्ध पत्रिकाओं (जर्नलों) में न्यूनतम 10 वर्षों का शोध प्रकाशन अनुभव एवं शासन द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी अधिसूचना के अनुरूप न्यूनतम अकादमिक मूल्यांकन सूचकांक धारित करता हो।
- विश्वविद्यालय/ महाविद्यालय में सहायक प्राध्यापक सह प्राध्यापक प्राध्यापक के रूप न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष का शैक्षणिक अनुभव और अथवा विश्वविद्यालय राष्ट्रीय स्तर की संस्थाओं में समतुल्य स्तर पर शोध अनुभव के साथ सफल रूप से डॉक्टरेट के अभ्यर्थियों का मार्गदर्शन करने का साक्ष्य हो ।
अथवा
- उत्कृष्ट पेशेवर, जिसे किसी भी शिक्षण संस्थान (जो उपर्युक्त (क) में शामिल नहीं किये गये हो) / उद्योग से संगत / संबद्ध / अनुप्रयुक्त विधाओं में पी.एच.डी. की उपाधि प्राप्त हो तथा जिन्होंने संबंधित संबद्ध सुसंगत विधा के ज्ञान में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया हो, जो दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य द्वारा समर्थित हो, परन्तु उसे 10 वर्ष का अनुभव हो।”

- Rs. 300/- for SC/ ST/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer) of Chhattisgarh
- Rs. 400/- for General/ OBC (Creamy Layer)/ Candidates outside of Chhattisgarh.
