- Constable (Male & Female): 450 Posts
Age Limit:
Age as on 01.01.2021 *{As on 01.01.2021 means till 2400 Hrs on the 31st day of December of the preceding year}
Candidates Should be Minimum 18 Years Old for All Categories. Maximum Age Limit will be as Follows:
- General Category – 25 years (01.01.1996 to 31.12.2002) Both days inclusive
- OBC Category – 28 years (01.01.1993 to 31.12.2002) Both days inclusive
- SC Category – 30 years (01.01.1991 to 31.12.2002) Both days inclusive
Pay Scale:
Rs. 10300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- + gives some allowance (As per the Government Rules).
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Qualification – Candidates Must have Pass the Higher Secondary (10+2 or Equivalent) to apply for this Constable Post.
Driving License – Valid Driving license (Motor Car & Motor Cycle) is mandatory for all candidates (including Ex-servicemen) of the concerned licensing Authority. As a one time exception for the purpose of this recruitment only. this condition has been waived by IG/Chandigarh in respect of female candidates only.
Application Fee :
Candidates Shall Deposit a fee of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only) For General & OBC Candidates and SC/ ST Candidates are exempted from Application Fee. Candidates also have to pay Processing Fee Charged by Banks along with Application fee.
