About CISF Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment
Online applications are invited from eligible Male & Female Indian citizen for filling up the temporary posts of Assistant sub Inspector (Stenographer) in the Pay Level-5 (Rs.29,200-92,300/- in pay matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time and Head Constable (Ministerial) in the Pay Level-4 (Rs.25,500-81,100/- in pay matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time. They shall be entitled for the pensionary benefits as per the “Defined contributory Pension System” applicable to all employees joining service of Central government on or after 1st January, 2004

CISF Head Constable Ministerial / Stenographer Age Limit & Relaxation :-
Between 18 to 25 years as on closing date for receipt of the Online Application form (i.e.25.10.2022). Candidates should not have been born earlier than 26.10.1997 and later than 25.10.2004.

| Candidates of Jammu & Kashmir who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of J&K during the period from 1st Jan 1980 to 31st Dec, 1989. The person claiming relaxation under this category should produce the certificate to the effect that he/she had been domiciled in the State of J&K during the period from 1st Jan 1980 to 31st Dec 1989 from either the District Magistrate within whose jurisdiction he/she had ordinarily resided or from any other authority designated on his behalf by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. | Upto 5 years in upper age limit for General candidates. | Children and dependent family members of victims KILLED in the 1984 riots and Communal riots of 2002 in Gujarat. Children means (a) son (including adopted son) or (b) daughter (including adopted daughter) Dependent family member means (a) spouse or (b) children or (c) brother or sister in the case of unmarried victim who was wholly dependent on that victim at the time of his getting killed in the riots would be eligible. In order to be eligible for upper age relaxation in this category, the applicant should produce a certificate to that effect from the concerned District Collector/District Magistrate where the victim was killed. | Upto 5 years in upper age limit for General candidates. | Ex-Servicemen | 3 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the date of reckoning. Age concession will be allowed in accordance with the orders issued by the Govt. from time to time and they will be allowed to deduct the period of actual military service from his actual age as on 20.02.2021 and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post for which he is seeking appointment by more than three years, he shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit. |
| For CISF personnel who intend to compete against the vacancies for Limited departmental competitive examination (LDCE) only :- Constable (GD), Head Constable (GD) and Constable (Tradesman) with five year’s regular service in respective grade as on 20.02.2021 and possessing qualification prescribed for direct recruits under Para 4 (a) & (c) | Upto 35 years of age. |

CISF Head Constable Ministerial / Stenographer Educational Qualification :-
Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board or University or equivalent.
CISF HCM / Stenographer Application Fee :-
The candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should pay the fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only).
Note: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Women and Ex-Servicemen who are eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee.
How to Pay Application Fee :-
- (i) Through SBI Challan. Payment of examination fee through Challan will be accepted upto 27.10.2022 provided the Challan has been generated by them before 25/10/2022 and thereafter services will be disabled.
- (ii) Net Banking through any bank.
- (iii) Credit/Debit card of any bank.
