Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Recently has Released the Official Notification For 540 Posts of Head Constable (Ministerial), Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) Male / Female Recruitment 2022-23. The Online Application has Started From 26.09.2022 to 25.10.2022 Till 05:00pm. Many Candidates had Applied Online On their Official Website i.e. www.cisfrectt.in.

1st Stage :
Physical Standard Test (PST), Height Bar & Documentation :

All candidates who Register Themselves in Response to this CISF Head Constable (Ministerial) Advertisement the will be called to appear in PST & Documentation. Physical Standard Test (PST) & Documentation will be conducted at various centers. Check PST, Height Bar Test, Document Verification Details From Below ;

  • HEIGHT BAR TEST (HBT) : Those candidates found eligible in height bar test will be put through PST.

Weight: Corresponding to height and age as per Medical Standards (For Males and Females). Weight will be recorded at the time of Physical measurements but the decision on fitness on account of weight will be taken at the time of Medical Examination.

Document Verification For CISF Head Constable (Ministerial) Post :

Documentation : Following Original testimonials/documents of the candidates who qualify in PST will be scrutinized. Candidates who fail to produce requisite original testimonials/documents will be eliminated from the recruitment process by giving rejection slip intimating reasons thereof by the Presiding Officer and no candidate 13 will be allowed provisionally.

  • Matriculation & Senior Secondary Examination Certificates to prove age, name and educational qualification.
  • Discharge Certificate & undertaking in the format From Ex-servicemen candidates.
  • Caste Certificate (as applicable).
  • Certificate from candidates who wish to avail relaxation in height/ chest measurement as prescribed in Notification.
  • Certificate from District Collector/ District Magistrate in respect of dependent applicants of riot victims as mentioned in the Official Notification.
  • Nativity/ Identity Certificate by West Pakistani Refugee in the format prescribed at Annexure-VII of the notice.
  • Departmental candidates including CISF candidates (both open and LDCE) have to submit certificate from their employer as per Annexure-VIII.

Ex-servicemen candidates will be required to appear at the time of PST event to record their measurements, documentation and produce their education certificate and other testimonials. They will also appear and qualify in written test, skill test & medical examination.

2nd Stage :
Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test(CBT) Mode :-

The candidates who qualify in PST & Documentation will be called for Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. Check Latest Exam Pattern From Below ;

  • The Written Examination will consist of one Exam Online Mode / OMR Sheet Based Written Objective Type Paper.
  • There will be 100 Questions Of 100 Marks.\
  • All Questions will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type.
  • Each Question Cary 01 Mark.
  • Total Time will be Allotted For this Exam Will be 02:00 Hours.
  • The Written Examination will be conducted in English and Hindi languages.
  • There will be No Negative Marking.

Note : The identity of all candidates shall be verified with the biometric credentials registered at the time of PST & Documentation before Written Examination.

Minimum Qualifying Marks : The number of candidates is to be called for Skill Test would purely depend on merit in the written examination for which qualifying marks. The minimum percentage of marks for qualification in Written Examination/OMR based/CBT Mode for next stage will be as under :

  • UR/EWS/Ex-SM : 35%
  • SC/ST/OBC : 33%

CISF Head Constable Ministerial Detailed Syllabus 2023 :

General Intelligence/Reasoning : Analytical aptitude and ability to observe and distinguish patterns will be tested through questions principally of non-verbal type. This component may include questions on Ranking & Order, Blood Relation, analogies, similarities and differences spatial visualization spatial orientation visual memory discrimination observation relationship concepts arithmetical reasoning and figural classification arithmetic number series non-verbal series coding and decoding, etc.

General Knowledge : History, Geography and Socio Economic development of India. Knowledge of current events of National and International importance and such matters of every day observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. Paper will also include questions on Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Geography of India.

Arithmetic : The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.

English : Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.

HINDI : वर्तनी की सामान्य अशुद्धियाँ तथा शब्दों  के शब्द  रूप, शब्दों के स्त्रीलिंग, बहुवचन, किसी वाक्य को अन्य लिंग में परिवर्तन, मुहावरा व उनका अर्थ, अशुद्ध वाक्यों के शुद्ध रूप, विलोमार्थी शब्द, समानार्थी व पर्यायवाची शब्द, अनेक शब्दों के लिए एक शब्द, कहावतें व लोकोक्तियां के अर्थ, संधि विच्छेद, क्रिया से भाववाचक संज्ञा बनाना, रचना एवं रचयिता इत्यादि|

CISF Head Constable (Ministerial) Skill Test on Computer Details :

After written examination, candidates who are placed in merit (category wise) will undergo Skill Test as mentioned at Para- 5.4 & 5.5 for Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) & Head Constable (Ministerial) respectively. This test will only be qualifying in nature.

CISF HC (Ministerial) Medical Standards Test :

Medical Standards : The shortlisted candidates will be medically examined by the Medical Boards to assess their physical and medical fitness. The medical examination of the candidates will be conducted in terms of Uniform Guidelines for recruitment Medical Examination for GOs and NGOs in CAPFs and ARs and as amended from time to time by the Government.

Eye sight :

  1. Visual Acuity unaided (Near vision) – Better eye – N6 & Worse eye – N9
  2. Uncorrected visual acuity (Distant vision) – Better eye – 6/6 & Worse eye – 6/9
  3. Refraction – Visual correction of any kind is not permitted even with glasses.
  4. Colour vision – CP-III by ISHIARA.
    Remarks : Binocular vision is required.

Final Selection For CISF Head Constable Ministerial Posts :
