About Haryana TET :

Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test known as HTET is recently announce about the Entrance examination for teachers. The test is mandatory for getting teaching jobs in government schools & Colleges from Class 1 to Class 8 & PGT Lecturer. Many Interested Candidates Filled there Online Application form for these Posts who want to be a Teacher. The Process of Submission of Online Applications for these Posts will start from 17 September 2022 and the Last date to Apply for these Posts was started from 17 September 2022. About Exam :

All the Candidates filled there Online application form and now are waiting for there Exam. The Board of School Education Haryana has decided to conduct the HTET 2022 Exam on 12 & 13 November 2022. The Exam will be Written Objective Type. Candidates Can Check More Details About Exam from Below.

Exam Pattern :

The Exam Pattern is as follows:

  • All Questions in HTET Will be Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Each Questions Will Carry One Mark.
  • There Shall be No Negative Marking.
  • Language of Question Paper Will be Bilingual i.e. Hindi and English.
  • The Examination Will be Conducted in Conventional Type (Pen-Paper Based)

HTET Exam Syllabus :

For Primary Teacher (PRT) :

  • The Test Items on Child Development and Pedagogy will Focus on educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years. They Will Focus on understanding the Characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.
  • The Test items for Languages (Hindi & English) will focus on the proficiency related to the medium of instruction.
  • The test items for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability and Haryana G.K. and Awareness Language Will Focus on the elements of Mental and Reasoning ability and General Knowledge regarding Haryana State.
  • The Test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies Will focus on the Concepts, Problem Solving abilities and Pedagogical Understanding of the Subjects. In all these Subject areas, the test items shall be evenly distributed over different divisions of the syllabus of that subject prescribed for classes I-V by the Education Department, Govt. of Haryana.
  • The Questions in the tests of Level-1 will be based on the topics of the prescribed syllabus for classes I-V, but their difficulty standard, as well as linkages, could be upto the secondary Stage.

Qualifying Marks :-

  • For All Categories except Scheduled Castes and Differently abled / Physically Challanged: 60% (90 Marks)
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled / Physically Challanged of Haryana Domicile: 55% (82 Marks)
  • For Scheduled Castes and Differently abled / Physically Challanged of Other State: 60% (90 Marks)
