Education Qualification :
For Assistant Registrar :
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the Marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system grading system is followed.
For Security Officer :
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the Marks or an equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale.
- Should be a released Short Service Commissioned Officer or serving as such after having completed his initial period of assignment’s of 5 years of military service and whose case the Ministry of Defence issues certificate that he would be released within 3 months of selection and from the date of receipt of offer of appointment.

You can’t prepare its whole syllabus from one book or pdf. You have to go through different books for all the topics or you can take the help of net or youtube. For english maths reasoning general knowledge general science or current affairs you can prefer wifi study channel on youtube or ssc adda.

Thanks for the reply,Sir actually I am well aware about section A as it is common for all entrances but I am facing problem in section B I.e educational administration and management. Also it consists of 150 marks therefore it truly requires systemic study..sir please suggest something relevant regarding section B.

You can prefer business studies (one of the subject in commerce stream) book for management topics like Organization, hierarchy, Unity of command, Span of control, Authority and Responsibility, Coordination, Centralization and Decentralization, Delegation, Supervision, Line and Staff.
And for Budgeting & ICT topic you can have it from google
