Indbank – Merchant Banking Services Limited was one of the few subsidiary companies formed by nationalized banks for merchant banking and collaborative services. The Indian bank was established in 11 August 1989. Indbank was its origin in the form of a trader banking division in 1982 so that they can provide special trader banking and collaborative banking services.
