छात्र हेतु आवश्यक सूचना -PHD उपाधि एवं स्वशासी महाविद्यालय (Autonomous College)से सम्बंधित छात्र हेतु यह ऑनलाइन Degree/Provisional Degree/Migration फॉर्म नहीं है,क्योंकि इस छात्रों का महाविद्यालय से फॉर्म Forward किया जाता है। अतः ऐसे छात्र ऑनलाइन फॉर्म न भरें और न ही भुगतान करें क्योंकि ऐसे फॉर्म पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की जाएगी एवं इसके लिए छात्र स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।

About Jiwaji University :-

jwaji University Gwalior came into existence on May 23, 1964, through M.P. Govt. Ordinance no. 15 of 1963. Late Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, The President of India, laid the foundation stone on 11th December 1964 at a sprawling campus of over 225 acres of land at Naulakha Parade ground. This was a generous contribution of Scindia family, in particular Kailashwasi Maharaja Shrimant Jiwaji Rao Scindia and late Rajmata Shrimati Vijayaraje Scindia. The institution was christened after the name of Kailashwasi Shrimant Jiwajirao Scindia as a standing memorial to his persona. The motto of the university is embedded in its logo Vidyaya Prapyate Tejah.

Jiwaji University Migration Registration Procedure :-

Candidates can apply for the Migration, Degree, Provisional Degree in two ways :

• ONLINE MODE.
• OFFLINE MODE.

Registration Through Online Mode :-

• Firstly candidate have to visit the official website of “Jiwaji University Gwalior” www.jiwaji.mponline.gov.in
• Then click on the “APPLICATION FOR MIGRATION CERTIFICATE”.
• Then add your course profile for the required document.
• Select your desired document category.
• Upload compulsory documents and information regarding the document.
• Pay online fee via net banking/ master card/ credit card/ debit card.
• Note down your Document ref. no. and account detail for further tracking of document.
• Message regarding the processing of required document will be sent to student’s online account.
• With this procedure candidates can easily apply for the MIGRATION.

Registration Through Offline Mode :-

• Firstly candidate have to visit the official website of “Jiwaji University Gwalior” www.jiwaji.edu.in.
• Then click on the “HOME PAGE” link.
• Open the home page and click on the “DOWNLOAD” option.
• Then click on the option ” MIGRATION FORM”
• Download the migration form and take a print out it.
• Fill the appropriate details (Name, Father Name, Roll Number, Course, Year,etc).
• Attach all the mandatory documents regarding application.
• Pay the Document processing Fee.
• Submit the application form in the university and get Ref no/ Ref Slip for tracking the document.

Fee Structure of Jiwaji University Migration :-

1. The fee stricture for all those students who completed their qualification in between(1964 to 2002) They have to pay 87 rupees for the registration fee.
2. All those students who completed their qualification in between 2003 – 2007 The registration charges for them is NIL.

The Procedure of Apply For The Migration Through Internet Banking :

• For the registration of migration firstly go to the official website of “Jiwaji University Gwalior” www.jiwaji.edu.in.
• Then Find and click on the link related to the “SUBMISSION THROUGH INTERNET BANKING”.
• Then Click on the link “Online Submission of Degree Certificate through Internet Banking”.
• Candidates have to click on the I Agree button.
• Fill the appropriate details (Roll Number, Enrollment Number) Which are required for the registration.
• After the submission candidate have to click on the “Pay Now” button.
• Candidates require user name and password for the payment.
• Candidate Have to click on link “Reprint Application Form” on the page of “SUBMISSION THROUGH INTERNET BANKING”.
• Registration page and transaction id will be open on the screen candidates require the print out of it.

For Offline Application :-

The Procedure of Apply For The Migration Through E- Challan :

• For the registration of migration firstly go to the official website of “Jiwaji University Gwalior” www.jiwaji.edu.in.
• Then Find and click on the link related to the “Online Submission of Degree Certificate”
• Fill the appropriate details (Roll Number, Enrollment Number) Which are required for the registration.
• Candidates must have to contact with the university for the Record Updation.
• Candidates have to click on the Generate E-Challan then bring a printout of E-Challan and summit to the Bank then bank provide a transaction id to the candidate.
• Candidate Have to click on link “Reprint Application Form” on the page of “SUBMISSION THROUGH E-CHALLAN”.
• Registration page and transaction id will be open on the screen candidates require the print out of it.
