About Recruitment :-

The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India wholly owned by the Government of India has conducted an open market ONLINE Examination for recruitment to 8581 posts of Apprentice Development Officers (ADO) in various zones.

About Exam :-

Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India has released the official exam dates for LIC ADO Exam 2019. Candidates can check these exam dates from below. LIC will release the official admit card link for all the candidates who successfully applied for the posts. LIC ADO Admit Card :-

Candidates who applied for this Competitive Exam should download their E-admit Card or Hall Ticket to enter in prescribed Exam Centre of these various posts Exam conducting by LIC. No Admit Card or Hall Ticket will reach home of Candidates by post, it can only be download in upcoming dates before exam. Candidates Can Download them From the LIC official website or From the Below Provided Direct Link.

Interview:

Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.

I. Commensurate to the number of vacancies, LIC reserves the right to fix the eligibility standards in order to restrict the candidates to be called for interview and also fix the minimum marks to qualify in the interview. Maximum Interview marks are 37.

II. In case of similar marks of two or more candidates, the merit order of such group of candidates shall be as per the aggregate marks in main examination and interview and further as per their additional post-graduation qualification (i.e. the person with higher educational qualification will be placed higher in the merit order) and in case of further similarity in educational qualification merit order will be decided on the basis of age, (i.e. senior in age will be placed higher in merit order).

III. There will be no contingency/waiting list for candidates not declared successful in the main list.

List of Important Documents :-

Candidates are advised to keep ready with them the originals of the following (as applicable) and a set of attested photocopies of each for verification at the time of Interview as they qualify in the on-line test.

(1) Bachelor’s degree certificate issued by the University and/or Certificate of Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai, in case of applicants belonging to Employees and Agents category.

(2) Bachelor’s degree certificate issued by the University and/or Certificate of Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai and/or Masters Degree Certificate in Business Administration in Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Marketing from a University or by an Institute approved by All India Council of Technical Education in case of applicants belonging to others category.

(3) SSC/HSC Certificate issued by the Board showing the date of birth.

(4) Caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.

(5) Certificate of at least 2 years sales/administrative experience in Life Insurance Industry.

(6) Discharge certificate in case of Ex-serviceman.
