About MJP Rohilkhand University :-

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly was established in 1975 as an affiliating University Uttar Pradesh, India. More than 215 colleges are affiliated to the university. Various Courses running successfully by the M.J.P Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. In August 1997 Rohilkhand University was renamed as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. Subject Wise MJPRU Entrance Exam Exam Pattern & Syllabus

L.L.M- 2 Years Degree Program

Syllabus for Entrance Examination (प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए पाठ्यक्रम)The entrance exam paper of LL.M will consist of 100 questions on following subjects.

• Jurisprudence
• Constitutional Law
• Law of Torts, Consumer Law and MV,Act.
• International Law
• Law of Contract
• Present Day (Law)
• Law of Crimes
• Right to Information Act, 2005.
• Law Relating to Women & Children
• Cyber Law

Entrance Test Paper/Exam Procedure (प्रवेश परीक्षा पेपर / परीक्षा प्रक्रिया)

• एल एल एम् में प्रवेश ऑफ़लाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा के माध्यम से लिए जायेंगे।
• प्रथम परीक्षा में निम्न विषयों से सम्बन्धित 100 वस्तुनिष्ट (Objective Type) प्रश्न पूछे जा सकते हैं।
• प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 4 अंक दिए जायेंगे ।
• प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक की कटौती की जायगी ।
• उत्तर न दिये गये प्रश्न के लिए कोई अंक नही काटा जायेगा ।
• प्रवेश परीक्षा की अवधि 1.5 घंटे की होगी।
• उत्तरप्रदेश के बाहर के प्रान्तों के अधिकतम 5 प्रतिशत छात्रों को मैरिट सूची के आधार पर अर्ह होने की दशा में प्रवेश किया जा सकता है। ऐसे सभी अभ्यर्थी सामान्य श्रेणी में माने जायेंगे।
• सेवारत अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश के अर्ह नहीं होंगे।
• ऑफ़लाइन प्रवेश परीक्षा के दौरान परीक्षार्थी द्वारा इलेक्ट्राॅनिक यंत्र यथा मोबाईल, पेजर, कैलकुलेटर आदि डेटा डिवाइस, पाठ्य सामग्री रखना अनुचित साधन माना जायेगा।
• एल एल एम में प्रवेश हेतु विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित प्रवेश परीक्षा ही एकमात्र आधार होगी।

LL.B.- 3 Years Degree Program (Bachelor of Legislative Law)

LLB ( 3 Years Course ) entrance test paper shall consist of 100 objective type multiple choice questions based on General Hindi (20 Question), General English (20 Question) and General Knowledge , Current Affairs & Legal awareness (60 Questions)

Entrance Test Paper/Exam Procedure(प्रवेश परीक्षा पेपर / परीक्षा प्रक्रिया)

• The entrance exam/ test will be conducted offline of 1.5 hrs duration OMR based.
• The entrance test for LL.B. (3 Years Course) will be based on objective type questions.
• The paper shall comprise of 100 multiple choice type questions (both in Hindi and English languages).
• The duration of the test will be of 1.5 hours.
• All objective questions will have four options with single correct answer.
• Four marks shall be awarded for each correct answer (प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 4 अंक दिए जाएंगे).
• One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer (प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए एक अंक की कटौती की जाएगी).
• No deduction will, however, be made if no response is indicated for a question (उत्तर ना दिए गए प्रश्न के लिए कोई अंक नहीं काटा जाएगा).
• More than one answer indicated against a question will be deemed as incorrect response.
• The merit list will be prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination
• The original OMR and question booklet has to be returned back by the candidate before leaving the examination hall whereas carbon copy of the OMR may be retained by the candidate.

M.Ed. – 2 Years Master Degree Program

M.Ed.(2 Years) entrance test paper will include the questions based on current affairs, general knowledge, logical reasoning, teaching aptitude, educational technology, philosophical, Psychological and sociological foundations of education and emerging problems of Indian education system.

Entrance Test Paper/Exam Procedure (प्रवेश परीक्षा पेपर / परीक्षा प्रक्रिया)

• The Entrance Exam/ Test will be conducted offline on 11th October 2022 from 01:00 P.M. to 02:30 P.M.
• The entrance test for M.Ed. (2 Years) will be based on objective type questions.
• The paper shall comprise of 100 multiple choice type questions for 1.5 hours duration in Hindi and English languages.
• All objective questions will have four options with single correct answer.
• Four marks shall be awarded for each correct answer (प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 4 अंक दिए जाएंगे).
• One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer (प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए एक अंक की कटौती की जाएगी).
