About NCHM :
National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Council centrally regulates academics for B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration and nine other structured courses of study that are imparted at the 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 16 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management and 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT. 9 Food Craft Institutes located in different parts of the country offer Diploma programs in specific operational areas.
About Exam :
NCHM JEE is a Joint Entrance Exam of All India Level to take admission in various courses provided by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology. An All India Examination will be conducted on 10 Aug, 2021.
Date of NCHM JEE 2021: 10 Aug 2021 (02.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m.) (HOME BASED)
Marking Scheme for MCQs:

| Incorrect Answer | Minus one mark (-1) |
| Unanswered/Marked for Review | No mark (0) |
Note: Candidates are NOT allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, Any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, Camera, Tape Recorder, any metallic item or electronic gadgets etc. in the examination Room/ Hall.
Exam Pattern :
Written Exam Pattern for NCHM JEE 2021 is as follows :

- There will be Total 200 Questions in the Written Exam.
- Time Duration for Written Exam will be 3 Hour.
- Question Paper will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi (except for English Language component).
- For any wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.
Each correct answer under Numerical Ability & Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning & Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and English Language components carry one mark. For any wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The Graded mark(s) will be awarded under Aptitude for Service Sector component in the following manner; the most appropriate answer carries 1.00, the next appropriate answer carries 0.75, the next to next appropriate answer carries 0.50 whereas the inappropriate answer shall carry the negative mark of 0.25 to be deducted.
