About Recruitment
There was 58 vacancies which was announced by the SCI for the post of SPA and PA .35 post are for Senior personal Assistant and 23 post are for Personal assistant.The recruitment process was based on written test and short hand.typing speed test on computer and interview. Candidate have to clear both the level of examination then only they will be selected for the final selection .Most of the candidates applied for this post and now they are waiting for the cut of/ merit list.The starting date of online registration of application was 28.9.2019 and last date there of was 24.10.2019.

- Typing speed test on computer
- Interview
About Exam
The examination were conducted by SCI for the post of PA and SPA. the mode of the exam was offline written test were given in written test objective type question paper with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions ( consisting of 50 general questions 25 general aptitude question based on logical reasoning excluding questions relating to arithmetic and 25 general knowledge questions .Next is short hand ( English test ) at the speed of 110 words per minute.after that test there were also speed of typing test in computer is taken than interview will be conduct.

About Cut off and Merit list
The candidates will first be subjected to Objective Type Written Test and Computer Knowledge Test and the candidates who qualify both the objective type tests will be called for skills test in stenography and typing speed test on Computer. The candidates who qualify in all the tests will then be called for an interview. The candidates who qualify the Interview by securing minimum qualifying or more marks will be paneled in the order of merit for appointment as Senior Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant. The candidates may note that mere placement in panel does not confer any right on them to claim appointment for the post of Senior Personal Assistant/Personal Assistant.
