NOTE : “Tirunelveli” is added as one of the Exam centres apart from the existing 4 centres, Chennai, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli & Coimbatore. Please keep checking your Registered email ID to know your exam centre from first week of December 2016.
Tamil Nadu Postal Circle will conduct a Written exam/Aptitude Test for recruitment to 310 posts of Postman and Mail guard. Exam of Post man will be held on upcoming dates. Tamil Nadu Postal Circle declare the date of examination, exam will held in the month of December, 2016.
Postman & Mailguard Exam Date : 11.12.2016 (SUNDAY)
Admit Card : The Admit cards of the eligible applicants for the above examination will be released in the website (www.dopchennai.in). The candidates are requested to download their admit cards by accessing the above website. The candidates are also requested to check Admit Card for Venue and timing details. The Admit cards will not be sent by Post.

Exam Pattern : Exam Pattern for Postman and Mail Guard written Exam is as Follows:-
► The written examination will be multiple choice objective type.
► The question paper consist of four parts [Part A, Part B, Part C(I) & Part C(II)] of 100 marks.
► Time Duration will be of 02:00 hours (120 minutes).
► There is no negative marking.
