5.	e. Caste/ Category certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
6.	f. No Objection certificate duly issued by the employer, in case the candidate is a Government employee.
7.	g. Service certificate of Home Guard candidates mentioning date of appointment and length of service issued by the Commandant, Home Guard.
8	h. 04 (four) copies of recent passport-size photographs (colored). One copy is to be affixed with the application form and the remaining 03 copies to be enclosed.
9.	i. Attach a Discharge Certificate issued by the Defence Authority for availing age relaxation by the candidates belonging to Ex-servicemen.
