Details of Vacancy :
Total Number of Vacancies for the Posts of Agriculture Officer, TAFS, Gr-I, Group-B – 63 Posts.
Age Limit :
Upto 40 years as on 30-03-2021.
Upper Age Limit Relaxation :
Upper age is relaxable by 5 years in case of ST/SC candidates, Govt. Servants and other categories as specified by the State Government to time to time. The Govt. Employees belonging to ST/SC/ other categories shall not ge this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of five(5) years available to them.
Pay Scale :
Scale of Pay of Rs. 10,230 34,800/– with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/- and pay level 13 of Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018.
Education Qualification :
(A) Essential:-
- A Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from recognized University/Institution.
(B) Desirable:-
- Knowledge of Agro-climatic condition of Tripura.
- Knowledge of Bengali or kokborok.
Application Fee :
- Group-B Gazetted Posts: – Rs.250/– (Rupees two hundred & fifty) only for General Candidates and;
- Rs.150/– (Rupees one hundred & fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
- (b) SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.
