About UP Panchayat Sahayak Merit List:
- पंचायत सहायक/एकाउण्टेन्ट-कम-डाटा इन्ट्री आपरेटर की नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन-पत्र आमंत्रित करने की सूचना ग्राम पंचायत के प्रधान द्वारा जारी की जायेगी तथा यह सूचना ग्राम पंचायत कार्यालय के सूचना पटल पर प्रकाशित की जाएगी तथा सूचना के प्रसारण हेतु डुग्गी पिटवाकर मुनादी भी ग्राम पंचायत में करायी जायेगी।
- सूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से 15 दिन तक आवेदन-पत्र ग्राम पंचायत अथवा सम्बन्धित विकास खण्ड कार्यालय अथवा जिला पंचायतराज अधिकारी कार्यालय में जमा किये जा सकेंगे। जिला पंचायतराज अधिकारी कार्यालय अथवा विकास खण्ड कार्यालय में संकलित आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि से 7 दिन के अन्दर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत को उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे।
- आवेदन पत्र सादे कागज पर शैक्षिक अर्हता, आयु एवं जाति संबंधी प्रमाण-पत्र के साथ प्रस्तुत किये जायेंगे।
- समस्त आवेदन पत्र ग्राम पंचायत की प्रशासनिक समिति के समक्ष विचारार्थ प्रस्तुत किये जायेंगे।
- ग्राम पंचायत की प्रशासनिक समिति हाईस्कूल तथा इण्टरमीडिएट के प्राप्तांकों के प्रतिशत के औसत अंकों के आधार पर पंचायत सहायक के चयन हेतु पात्रता सूची तैयार करेगी तथा सूची में सबसे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी का नाम पहले प्रक्रम पर और उससे कम अंक वाले अभ्यर्थियों को अवरोही क्रम में सूचीबद्ध किया जायेगा। प्रशासनिक समिति सूची में सबसे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी का चयन करेगी तथा ग्राम पंचायत से उसका अनुमोदन प्राप्त करेगी। यदि सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाला उम्मीदवार इच्छुक नहीं है तो योग्यता क्रम में अगले उम्मीदवार का चयन किया जायेगा।
- चयनित अभ्यर्थी का पूर्ण विवरण जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति को प्रेषित किया जायेगा, जिसके अन्य सदस्य मुख्य विकास अधिकारी एवं जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी (सदस्य/सचिव) होंगे। जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति को मात्र यह अधिकार होगा कि वह ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा चयनित अभ्यर्थी की पात्रता/अर्हता का परीक्षण करें तथा यदि अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित पात्रता/अर्हता को पूरा करता है तो समिति द्वारा ग्राम पंचायत को नियुक्ति हेतु संस्तुति कर दी जायेगी। उक्त समिति को अपनी तरफ से किसी अन्य अभ्यर्थी के नाम की संस्तुति करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा। यदि ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा चयनित अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित योग्यता को पूरा नहीं करता है तो समिति द्वारा सूचित किये जाने पर ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा पुनः अन्य अभ्यर्थी का चयन किया जायेगा।
