About Recruitment :-
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct Civil Services Pre Examination 2018 for Indian Administrative Service IAS / Indian Police Service IPS/ Indian Forest Service IFoS and various allied services. There Are many Candidates Who Filled there Online Application Form for these Posts. The Application is Submitted from 07/02/2018 and Will be Scheduled till 06/03/2018. About Exam :
All the Interested & Eligible Candidates Filled there Online Application form will Face the Exam. Soon the UPSC IAS IPS Pre Exam will be Conducted on the Date 03/06/2018 & after that the Main Exam will be Conducted on 28.09.2018 to 30.09.2018 & 06.10.2018 to 07.10.2018.
UPSC organizes Civil Services exam in two phases. Phase-I of Civil Service exam is Pre exam & Phase-II of the UPSC Civil Service is Mains Exam. Exam Pattern & Exam Syllabus of UPSC Civil Services Preliminary & Mains exam is discussed here:-
Exam Pattern:-The Exam pattern is as follows:
Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination shall comprise of two Qualifying papers of 300 marks each & Time Duration of 3 Hour.
Qualifying Papers:-
Paper-A:- One of the Indian Language to be selected by the candidate from the Languages included in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution).
Paper-B:- It will be test of English Language.
The papers on Indian languages and English (Paper A and Paper B) will be of Matriculation standard and will be of qualifying nature. The marks obtained in these papers will not be counted for ranking.
30% marks in Indian Language and 25% marks in English as minimum qualifying standards in these qualifying papers. Candidates who get those qualifying marks the papers on Essay, General Studies and Optional Subject of only such candidates will be taken cognizance.

Qualifying Examination :
Paper-A
One of the Indian Language to be selected by the Candidates from the languages included in the Eighth schedule to the Constitution.
Paper-B
English- (300 Marks)

- Candidates who qualify the Preliminary Written Exam will have to face Personality Test i.e. Interview. Interview will be of 275 marks.
Exam Syllabus:-
Paper-I:- Candidates have to write essay on Current topics.
Paper-II:- Indian Heritage and Culture, History and Geography of the World and Society.
Paper-III: Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice and International relations
Paper-IV:- Technology, Economic Development, Bio-diversity, Environment, Security and Disaster Management.
Paper-V:- Ethics, Integrity and Aptitude.
Paper- VI & VII:- Questions will be asked from optional subject choose by Candidate.
