- यह नियुक्ति प्रारंभिक शिक्षा (अध्यापक) संशोधन सेवा नियमावली 2019 के तहत की जाएगी। डीएलएड प्रशिक्षितों का चयन उनके डीएलएड प्रशिक्षण के अंको को 60 फीसदी और TET के अंको को 40 फीसदी की मेरिट बनाते हुए की जाएगी। जबकि बी.एड. TET का चयन शैक्षिक, प्रशिक्षण योग्यता, TET के अंक, और प्रशिक्षण वर्ष की सीनियरटी के आधार पर होगा। (This appointment will be done under the Elementary Education (Teacher) Amendment Service Rules 2019. DELEd Trainees will be selected by making their DELEd training marks 60% and TET marks 40% merit. While B.Ed. TET Selection will be on the basis of educational, training qualification, marks of TET, and seniority of the training year.)

The selection process must have been based on the competitive exam. This type selection process may have more chances of fraud and corruption. Who knows that the selection will be done fairly?
Persons who didn’t get good marks in D.el.ed and UTET but their competitive preparation is good will not be able to get this job. And this is very unfair for them. I personally would not allow this type selection. It’s a foundation of ruining of the country.
