Hello jitrndra sir I Appreciate that you are showing us a clear picture, sir I am having a query that “somebody told me that job preference should be filled as per individual capablity, so I am not that much good in mathematics and general awareness… so I’ve filled my 1st 5 job preference as follows:-
1 Assistant in Railway,
2 Asst. Section officer.
3 Asst. In Ext. Affairs,
4 Asst. In other ministries
5 Inspector of Income Tax
So, Here my question start. That approx. How much marks to obtain out of 200 in tier one. And my preference list is as per my capabilities so is this fine,
Another is … tips to prepare for mathematics and English.
Thanks & Regards
R.D
R.D says
What books you suggest for prepration
Jitendra Yadav says
Job Preference is fine. Try to get above 150 in Tier 1 Exam to enhance your chances of selection. English aur Math mein ache marks ke liye Previous Papers lo. Fir Topic wise analyse karo. Jo Topics weak ho, ya jinmein galtiyaan jyada hoti ho, unhein note karo. Fir apni strength ke according taiyari karo. English mein Comprehenstion, Cloze Test, Mis Spelt words, One word Substitution, Idioms etc padho. Error ke question mein agar confident to tabhi answer karna. Maths ke liye arithmatic & trigonometry achi kar lo. More Your Practice, less you sweat in exam.

Hello Sir! I am a maths teacher in an institute. I want to appear in SSC 2016 . Can you please help me how should I start? I am very confused. How should I prepare myself for General Awareness?
Jitendra Yadav says
As you are math teacher, then in math you will not face problem. But with job you can give less hours for Study. So make your schedule according to that. General Awareness need regular study. So you have to give 1 Hour daily for GA. Reasoning needs practice so give time for Practice. In English you have to learn many things like for Errors, Idioms, One word etc.
Sangeeta says
Thank You so much SIR ! Can you please suggest me some good books for general awareness?
Jitendra Yadav says
General Awareness is very wide section. First you focus on General Science then for History, polity & other Topics. You need to purchase that book which has easy language & good content. Go to bookseller & choose accordingly, It is better to purchase separate books for each Subject.
