Age Limit (As on 01-07-2021):
Candidates Age Should be Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years,
Relaxation in upper age Limit:
(I) Apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act 1961 -Actual period, subject to maximum Twelve months.
(II) SC, ST & OBC (non-creamy layer) of Uttar Pradesh domicile – 5 years
(III) Dependents of freedom fighters of Uttar Pradesh domicile – 5 years
(IV) Physically handicapped (OA/OL) candidates (400% and above disability) -15 years. However maximum age of a candidate availing all relaxations shall not exceed 50 years.
Pay Scale of UPPCL AE Engineer Post :
As per 7th Pay Commission ; {Level-10 Rs. 59500 (Minimum Level in Revised Pay Matrix)} Dearness and other allowances admissible as per the Rules of UPPCL.
Educational Qualification:
For Assistant Engineer of Civil :
(I) Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of Hindi (Devnagri script).
(II) Electrical Engineering Category: A degree in Civil Engineering or a Mixed Discipline Degree Combined with Electrical Engineer.
(IV) Section “A” & “B” The Associate Membership Of The Institution Of Engineers ( LONDON ) Or Be The Associate Membership Of The Institution Of Civil Engineers ( LONDON )
► Clarification Note:- candidates having degree through Distance Education programme are not eligible to apply for the above posts.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs. 700/- For The SC/ST Candidates & Rs. 1000/- For The Gen/ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Category/ DFF/ EWS Or Other State Candidates and Rs. 10/- For PH (OA/OL/PB/PD) Online-Processing-Charges. Candidates belonging to other states need to pay 1000/-.

Candidates may pay there application fee through net banking online banking debit card credit card or candidates may submit there challan at any branch of state bank of India.
