Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh DSC has Announced About the Recruitment of Various 7729 Posts for Teachers (School Assistants (SA’s), Language Pandits (LPs), Physical Education Teachers (PETs), Music Teachers, Craft teachers and Art & Drawing Teachers and TETcumTRT for the posts of Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) & Principals, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTS), Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTS) And Physical Education Teachers (PETS), Craft, Art And Music Teachers-2018 In AP Model Schools, AP Residential Schools And APBC Welfare Residential Schools). Application Submission is Started From the Date 01.11.2018 & Conducted till the Date 16.11.2018. More Details About the Recruitment is Provided Below.
About Exam:
The Computer Based Test shall be conducted in all the districts. A candidate shall appear for the Computer Based Test in the district in which he/she seeks recruitment (or) in adjacent districts of neighboring states. The Exam Will be Conducted Separately Post Wise on Various Dates From 06.12.2018 to 02.01.2019. More Details About the Exam is Provided Below.
Selection Process:
i. For Principals the total marks shall be 100 for the Written Test (TRT).
ii. For Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) the total marks shall be 100 for the Written Test (TRT).
iii. For Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) the total marks shall be 100, out of which 80 marks shall be for the Written Test (TRT) and remaining 20 Marks for APTET (20%) Weightage.
iv. For Physical Education Teachers (PETs) the total marks shall be 100, out of which 50 marks shall be for the Written Test (TRT), 30 marks shall be for the Physical Efficiency Test and remaining 20 marks for APTET (20%) Weightage.
v. For Music Teachers the total marks shall be 100, out of which 70 marks shall be for the Written Test (TRT) and remaining 30 marks shall be for the Skill Test.
vi. For Craft and Art Teachers the total marks shall be 100 for the Written Test (TRT) only.
Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern is as Provided Below:
- The Exam Will be Written – CBT Type.
- The question paper will be in the medium opted by the candidate.
Principals (TRT)
- Paper-I (Morning Session) Will be of English Language Proficiency Test.
- The Time Duration of examination Will be 2 Hours 30 Minutes.
