Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) Have invited Online Application from eligible candidates for filling up the 181 Posts Of Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Recruitment in 2024 only in the prescribed Performa to be made available on Website www.rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. About Rajasthan Public Service Commission :-
Rajasthan Public Service Commission had a glorious past of nearly 70 years. During 1923, the Lee Commission had recommended setting up of a Central Public Service Commission in India, but it did not give much thought to the need of establishing similar commissions in provinces. It was left largely to the discretion of provincial Governments to recruit and exercise control over their Services, as they thought proper. At the time of formation of Rajasthan, the institution of Public Service Commission existed in only three of the 22 covenanting states viz. Jaipur, Jodhpur and Bikaner.

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission will Conduct A Competitive Examination for the Recruitment of Asst. Prosecution Officers (APO). The Competitive Exam will be a Written Examination. RPSC APO Written Exam will be Conducted in Offline (Pen and Paper) Mode. The Exam Will be Objective Type and Will Have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)There will be Two (2) Papers, Paper I – Law and Paper II – General Hindi and General English. The Law Paper Designs to test the candidates’ practical knowledge in Criminal Law and Procedure and in framing charges in criminal cases. Whereas, The Second Paper for General Hindi And English is to check the Language Proficiency of the Candidates.

Important POINTS to Remember Before Exam
- Each Question Will have Five Options Namely 1,2,3,4, and 5. You Have to Darken Only One Circle Using Blue Ball Point Ben Only.
- It is mandatory to Fill one option for each option.
- If a candidate does not attempt a particular question, 1/3 marks will be deducted, and they must darken option No. 5 to avoid this deduction.
- If Candidate doesn’t Fill any one circle in more than 10% Questions Shall be Disqualified.
